A new offering from the Diamond cast folks.. swirls of platinum, white, orange, and gold revolve around the blank. We've paired it with a black oxide clip which matches quite well. Like most diamond cast pens, pictures do not do it justice.. it's much more spectacular in person.
The pen is fully postable and you may select your favorite JOWO point size and color when ordering.
Im very impressed with your work. The two pens that I've purchased from you have been excellent examples of your pride in workmanship. The pens write flawlessly and look great.
It was no surprise when I learned that Hinze Pen Co. was nominated for the 2021 Pen World Reader's Choice Best Artisan Pen Award. I just received my latest order from Jim Hinze--The Rocky Top. And you won't have to travel to Rocky Top, Tennessee to see it! Jim sold his first Rocky Top pen back in June of 2020.
This fountain pen can be called a real gem or treasure or masterpiece not only for its appearance--swirls of platinum, white, orange, and gold, but more importantly, for its writing characteristics. A 6mm-size, JoWo nib, coated in a specialized nano-ceramic lacquer via an electro-plating process, coupled with a top-performing ink-flow feeder, create the end result of total enjoyment. In addition to standard nibs, such as polished steel, colored nib choices are black, light pink, dark pink, purple, green, red, light blue, dark blue, and orange. All available with the following JoWo nib grade options: EF, F, M, B, 1.1 Stub, and 1.5 Stub. Jim also offers Bock nibs in EF, F, M, B, BB, 1.1, 1.5 and 1.9 stub, as well as #8 size in gold and titanium EF - B. This variety accommodates many different preferences. Clips on Hinze Pens have a durable nickel or gold base, and can be ordered in colors to match the nib! And that's not all I like about Hinze Pens. The weight and length and diameter cozily fit the hand and the grip is comfortable. The number of turns to remove and replace the cap is another desirable feature. One of the most important aspects of a fountain pen in my humble opinion is the threading. There is no hanging-up/binding/catching of the threads which many of us have experienced when replacing the cap to the barrel. The filling system is bottle-fill with converter--included, or, standard, international-size cartridge.
Jim is a super nice person, easy to deal with, and has the highest concern for his customers and their satisfaction. Plus his writing instruments are favorably priced.
