When my pen arrived, I was surprised at how pretty it was and for a maker pen, it was a little bit smaller in size. But it didn’t look exactly like the picture on line. So I reached out to the company and was told I could return it - no problem - and when it was explained how a photographed pen can look different from others from the same “colorway”, I was happy to keep what I have.
